OUR HISTORY

The Bridge Securities Limited was incorporated in Nigeria in September 2006 as a private limited liability company with authorized share capital of N100 million. The authorized share capital was subsequently increased to N1.0 Billion with issued and fully paid up share capital in excess of N500 Million. 

The company whose major lines of business are securities brokerage, securities trading, investment and financial advisory services obtained The Nigerian Stock Exchange dealership license and thus became both an ordinary and dealing member of the exchange in November, 2006.

The company was registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) as broker / dealer in April 2007. And commenced full operations including trading on all floors of The Nigerian Stock Exchange on July 05, 2007
